TERMS & CONDITIONS - PLEASE READ AND SIGN BELOW, INDICATING YOUR UNDERSTANDING AND AGREEMENT TO THE FOLLOWING:

1. One CMA Fest media credential application must be submitted on behalf of your entire media organization; not on behalf of you as an individual.  Do not file multiple applications on behalf of multiple members in your organization or the prospective members of your crew.  Additional applications will not be considered for media credentials.  If CMA is able to grant credentials to your organization, separate instructions will be sent regarding how to submit names for each individual crew member. 

2. Submitting an application does not guarantee your organization will be approved for media credentials.

3. Credential requests are evaluated each year.  Being approved for credentials for past CMA-related events does not mean your organization will be credentialed again this year.  Being denied for credentials previously does not mean your organization will be denied this year.

4. If your credential application is approved, every individual in the approved crew must be present to pick up their credential.  Each approved crew member must provide a government-issued photo ID onsite prior to or during the event to pick up the credential.  Photo ID must also be shown each time you enter Nissan Stadium.  All credentialed crew members must be able to present photo ID at any time.

5. All persons, any and all equipment, backpacks, tote bags and the like brought to CMA Fest will be subject to search by security personnel.

As the credential application coordinator for your organization, you will be notified via e-mail (You must use a valid company e-mail address. No generic email, AOL, Hotmail, etc.) as to the status of your outlet's request for CMA Fest media credentials.  If your request is approved, your notification will include forms and instructions for providing the required identification information for the individuals to be credentialed.  Your notification will also include important information and forms that must be shared with the individuals who will be receiving credentials.

Provide your organization's media coverage plan for CMA Fest, the four-day festival.  Please be as detailed as possible, including pre-festival, during the festival and post-festival coverage.  These plans will be taken into strong consideration when processing your credential request.

Provide your organization's media coverage plan for the ABC Network Television Special "CMA Fest," which will air later this summer. Please be as detailed as possible, including pre-airdate, live and post-airdate coverage. Due to limited space, every domestic media outlet credentialed for CMA Fest is required to provide TV special coverage.

 2022 CMA FEST MEDIA CREDENTIALS
Please note: Media space at CMA Fest is limited and in high-demand. Submitting this application does not guarantee approval of media credentials.

The primary purpose of the CMA Fest media credential application is to establish communication and contact information for your media organization's credential contact (you).

Determination of your organization's approved media opportunities onsite during CMA Fest is at the discretion of CMA.

This application is not intended as a means to request a specific number of credentials in specific areas, but for your outlet as a whole to be considered. If CMA's media team determines your organization is approved to cover a particular area or position, it will grant a predetermined number of credentials to your organization.

In the event that CMA is able to grant your organization with media access, CMA will determine the location(s) and type of position(s) based on CMA resources and objectives, as well as your organization's intent and ability to cover the opportunity. You will then be emailed a second form to submit the name(s) of the individual(s) who will be covering each position.

ALL CMA Fest approved media credentials have access to Fan Fair X inside Music City Center during regular CMA Fest hours. This access includes all official daytime CMA Fest activities.

CMA may provide other credential types to facilitate additional media opportunities and uses. Information regarding these credentials will be communicated to approved organizations directly.
