2024 CMA Fest
Publicist Credential Application
WHEN IS CMA FEST?
CMA Fest is Thursday – Sunday, June 6 – 9, 2024 in downtown Nashville.
WHO NEEDS TO REGISTER FOR CREDENTIALS?
Any publicist who will be working with an artist at an official CMA Fest outdoor stage (Nissan Stadium, Chevy Riverfront Stage, Dr Pepper Amp Stage, Chevy Vibes Stage, Good Molecules Reverb Stage and Hard Rock Stage) must register for a publicist credential.
If your artist is ONLY appearing at Fan Fair X inside Music City Center (including Close Up Stage, Spotlight Stage or meet & greets), you will not register for a publicist credential here. You will be credentialed with your artist on-site each day at the Music City Center Artist Check-in. Additional details regarding Fan Fair X credentials and meet & greet information (if your artist is confirmed) will be provided at a later date.
WHAT ABOUT THE ARTIST'S FAMILY, MANAGER, BOOKING AGENT, MUSICIANS OR OTHER PEOPLE AT THE RECORD LABEL?
They will need to request credentials through the artist advance that has been sent to management. Please contact the CMA Live Events department with questions at LiveEvents@cmaworld.com.
PARKING/SHUTTLES
CMA will not provide parking for outdoor, daytime stages or Ascend Amphitheater. Please utilize any of the paid lots or parging garages throughout the footprint. More details regarding parking at Nissan Stadium will be coming soon.
MEDIA OPPORTUNITIES
CMA provides space to accommodate media interviews in the Media Rooms inside Music City Center. All artists who are performing at an official CMA Fest stage or appearing at a CMA sanctioned event during CMA Fest can utilize the media rooms. Media interviews taking place at an outdoor stage are approved on a case by case basis and need to be approved by Julie Anne Jacobs before confirming. Feel free to contact the CMA Communications team at CMApress@cmaworld.com or JJacobs@cmaworld.com for more information or with any questions.
PLEASE SUBMIT APPLICATIONS NO LATER THAN FRIDAY, MAY 17. Applications submitted after this date may be delayed.
Every publicist who will be working at CMA Fest must be credentialed. One publicist per company may be credentialed for each artist. If you need an additional publicist credential, those will be approved on a case by case basis. Please contact Stephanie Shank (sshank@cmaworld.com) with any questions.
REMINDER: This application is for publicists only. Artist's families, booking agents, managers, musicians, publishers, record label employees (except for publicists), road managers, etc. should not use this registration for CMA Fest credentials. Please contact CMA Live Event Department at LiveEvents@cmaworld.com if you have further credential questions.
Please note that submitting an application does not guarantee approval. You will receive a notification regarding the status of your credential request by mid- late May.
Publicist credentials are non-transferable and are only to be used to fulfill job duties. The name on your publicist credential must match a government issued photo ID. If a person is caught wearing a credential that does not match their photo ID, the credential will be held by CMA Communications until it is claimed. Photo ID must be presented to reclaim any held credentials and must always remain with the credentialed individual.
COMPANY AND CONTACT INFORMATION
Please list the primary contact information for the person responsible for submitting your company's credentials. Please include the names of all publicists from your company who require credentials at the bottom of the form.
